According to GEO no. 34/2014, you have the right to return the ordered product within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. For this purpose, you must notify us in writing, by email to office@feverless.net or by completing the return form, of your intention to return the purchased product, without the obligation to cite a specific reason.
According to the same GEO, we are obliged to return the value of the product within 14 calendar days of its receipt. The money is returned to the card with which it was paid online or to an account specified by the customer, in the case of orders with payment on delivery.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (it has been assembled, the packaging or packaging seals are damaged), we reserve the right to deduct from the price a percentage necessary to return it to its original state (if is possible) OR refuse the return.
In accordance with the law in force, we reserve the right not to accept the return of products that have been assembled or show signs of wear/use and those that cannot be returned for hygiene/health protection reasons. We mention the fact that Curling Sets, hair elastics, Bathing suits, hair and face towels or pillowcases fall under the category of personal hygiene products, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and can be done through any courier company. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 5 working days after we receive the package and after checking the products.
The delivery of a product other than the one requested must be reported immediately. The customer can request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he can opt for replacement with another similar one or full reimbursement of the consideration. All the products sold by our website benefit from the legal guarantees regarding the conformity of the products. The products are new and come from sources authorized by each individual manufacturer. The products are accompanied by the written document regarding the rights conferred by Law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of products and their associated guarantees, with subsequent amendments and additions, to the consumer regarding the legal guarantee of product conformity, issued by S.C. Smart Rainbow SRL, and the guarantees presented in this document do not affect the rights conferred by law on the consumer.

• We will collect the current product - a courier will come to collect the product you wish to exchange.
• On the same day that your product arrives at us, our colleagues will check its condition as NEW. Please check that there are no traces of make-up and that all the original labels are present.
• If there is stock, for the desired product, we will ship the new product on the same day, but no later than 3 working days.
